The City of L.A. wants residents to register for workshops that help neighborhoods prepare for earthquakes and other disasters. The Ready Your L.A. Neighborhood program connects participants with facilitators from the Emergency Management Department who help neighborhoods make communal plans to survive the aftermath of an earthquake.
